Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@lightweightrunning.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the damaged/defective product

We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order does not arrive, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
